Oak Creek news, Wisconsin news.

A Wisconsin baby is recovering after he was found with cocaine in his system earlier this month, his mother said.

Kimberly Hopson demands additional charges be brought against 24-year-old Passion Watson, a worker at KinderCare where the incident took place.

“My life is forever changed. I can’t trust anyone with my kids ever again,” Hopson said.

On May 15, the mother took her 1-year-old son to Children’s Wisconsin after noticing scratches and marks on him.

Doctors conducted further tests and determined that the boy had ingested cocaine.

Police found a baggie of cocaine in the backpack of the employee after searching the facility.

Watson who admitted to using drugs but denied exposing the children faces a misdemeanor drug possession charge.

“That is not enough,” Attorney B’Ivory LaMarr said.

“We are seeking neglect charges, which have been forwarded to the district attorney’s office, and we demand that these charges be pursued.”
