Tacoma news, Washington news.

Authorities in Tacoma, Washington are investigating the death of a dancer who was found slain outside her apartment.

It took police six days to identify 32-year-old Brittannee Parker after she was found with lacerations over her face and chest, lying in the middle of the road.

Parker was bleeding from her head but was still warm and had a slight pulse when her neighbor found her and called 911.

Her family and coworkers requested a wellness check on her the following day. They were not notified of her passing until about a week later.

“Finding someone dead just the day before outside the same building that they were doing the wellness check of someone,” the victim’s cousin said.
