2 illegal migrants arrested for murder of Chicago man found bound by duct tape in his home

Authorities in Chicago have arrested two illegal migrants accused of killing a 63-year-old man inside his home last weekend.

George Levin, 63, was found slain and bound by duct-tape late Sunday in the lower level of a Norwood Park home he shared with his sister.

The Cook County Medical Examiner’s Office ruled Levin’s death a homicide confirming that he had been fatally assaulted.

    Geiderwuin Bello Morales, 21, was arrested Thursday while 29-year-old Jefferson Ubilla-Delgado was apprehended a day earlier.

    Both have been charged with one count each of murder and robbery of a victim with a handicap or over 60 years of age.
