A Missouri man is accused of killing his older brother with a hatchet at the Webster Grove home they shared, police said.
Timothy Fox, 58, was charged with first-degree murder and armed criminal action in connection to the death of 64-year-old Peter Fox.
The victim’s employer requested a welfare check on him after he failed to show up for work leading police to the macabre crime scene on Tuesday morning.

His brother was in another room, “heavily intoxicated” and asked the officers “How did you guys find out about this.”
Fox was arrested without incident. He is being held on a $500,000 bond.
