A Wisconsin man confessed to killing his sister and injuring his parents because they allegedly bullied him for being unemployed and broke.
Gerardo Jimenez-Rico, 32, walked to the District 1 police station in Milwaukee late January 22 and told cops he “shot someone.”
The suspect said that his family had just returned from a trip to Mexico that he couldn’t attend because he was broke.
He added that his father and sister started bullying him for not washing the dirty dishes.
Jimenez-Rico felt the family “gangs up on him because he is unemployed and he feels they bully him.”
Police found 22-year-old Jocelyn Jimenez fatally wounded with her mother on top of her in “a protective manner.”
The suspect said he first shot his father and then his sister when she grabbed a knife. He said he did not intend to shoot his mother.
A cognitively delayed adult and a toddler were found unharmed inside the home.
