An 18-year-old man fell from a light pole to his death while celebrating the Eagles’ victory in the NFC championship, authorities said.

Tyler Sabapathy climbed the light pole with other supporters, elated over their team securing a spot in the Super Bowl before things turned tragic.

Bystander Chris Caban was recording a video of the celebrations when he caught the moment Sabapathy fell onto the sidewalk.

“As soon as he hit the ground, literally the whole crowd was like, ‘Whoa,’ because he thudded so hard,” the witness recalled.
