The siblings of an autistic boy who drowned in a Florida lake this week were found living in a cockroach-infested, unsafe home following the tragedy.

Charles ‘Charlie’ Newton, 7, took off from his parents’ car as they returned home from buying pizza on Nov. 25 and vanished for several hours before his body was found in Lake Lapanocia by a neighbor.
