President Donald Trump told CNN Friday that he has no plans to speak with Elon Musk anytime soon amid their ongoing spat on social media.
Trump added that he is “not even thinking about” the Tesla billionaire.
“He’s got a problem. The poor guy’s got a problem,” the president said.
Trump and his former adviser exchanged remarks and threats on social media, with the commander-in-chief alleging that Musk was upset because he annulled the federal electric vehicle mandate imposed by the previous administration.
Musk was busy on Thursday posting and reposting about his dislike for the Trump tariffs and bill, and his alleged relationship to Jeffrey Epstein.
The founder of SpaceX even briefly threatened to decommission the Dragon spacecraft program, which allows NASA to access the International Space Station.
Musk later withdrew the threat after an X user asked him and Trump to “cool off.”
