Man run over while sleeping under box truck on Bronx street

A New York City man was killed early Thursday morning when he was unintentionally run over while sleeping underneath a box truck in the Bronx.

The 61-year-old was reportedly sleeping under the Hino 338 truck on Coster Street near Randall Avenue in Hunts Point when the incident occurred at around 7:15 a.m.

    The unidentified man succumbed to his wounds at Lincoln Hospital. The truck’s driver remained at the scene and collaborated with the investigation.
