Police in Gwinnett County, Georgia arrested a 40-year-old man accused of gunning down his employee after a work-related argument at a McDonald’s on Wednesday.
Michael Allen Todd was arrested without incident outside the Lawrenceville restaurant where he allegedly shot his co-worker, 43-year-old Donald Stewart.
Authorities said Todd remained at the scene on Sugarloaf Parkway and was cooperative with investigators after he shot Stewart once, killing him.
The suspect was reportedly the victim’s boss. Their argument was about work and started at the restaurant before things escalated.
Todd was charged with one count of malice murder, one count of felony murder, one count of possession of a firearm during commission, and two counts of aggravated assault.
