An Indiana man has allegedly confessed to killing his wife on Valentine’s Day and sending a picture of her lifeless body to her alleged boyfriend.
Taylor Meyer, 34, told cops his marriage with Deborah Meyer, 36, had been strained since he saw a picture of her with another man in January.
“For the last two months, I’ve been staying home with the kids every Saturday night while she goes and f—s whoever and lies to my face about it,” Meyer reportedly told cops.
The man said he organized a “Bringing Paris to you” themed dinner for his wife on Valentine’s Day with the help of their young kids who “drew pictures of the Eiffel Tower as decorations.”
“It was the hardest I’ve ever tried. She just didn’t give a s—.”
Deborah allegedly left the house “right when [her] boyfriend [got] off work.” She returned about 20 minutes later and a fight erupted with Taylor.
“He stated that during the argument she punched him in the face and he grabbed her and took the cellular phone and told her ‘I’m stronger than you,’” the affidavit read.
After an “all wrestling and hitting” fight, Meyer retrieved a large kitchen knife, pinned his wife to the ground, and called her boyfriend telling him “It’s your f—g fault. You want to ruin my marriage and team my family apart.”
Meyer stabbed his wife 40 times in the chest then sent a picture of the body to the boyfriend with the caption “Your fault.”
