An Alabama murder suspect is accused of committing another homicide while out on bond, officials said.

Mobile authorities said Nyyon Sanders let the battery of his ankle monitor die Monday before shooting Joseph Evans Jr. to death at the Dauphin Gate apartments.

The suspect was arrested Wednesday after a search warrant in Bankhead Street.

    “How many times is it going to take for a person to kill someone? Just like the second time, how many chances is he going to get?” Joseph Evans Sr. said.

    “It’ll be a third time for someone’s family to go through what me and the first family done went through, so I hope justice is served.”
