Former President Donald Trump stopped for a brief shift at a Feasterville, Pennsylvania McDonald’s and did not forget to ridicule Vice President Kamala Harris’ assertion that she once worked at the fast food.
Trump showed up at the Bucks County restaurant for a drive-thru photo op on Sunday and ended up gathering about 7,000 people who came to see the Republican nominee in person just over two weeks before Election Day.
Trump donned a grill apron over his red necktie and white dress shirt as he handed burgers, McNuggets, and fries to customers.
The former president learned how to “shake” grease off the fries and talked about Sunday night’s Steelers game enjoying his short shift; “I love it all,” he said.
“I’ve now worked (at McDonald’s) for 15 minutes more than Kamala,” he joked.
When asked why he believed Harris lied about working at the fast food chain, Trump simply replied “Because she’s lyin’ Kamala, that’s why.”
“But let’s not talk about that. It’s an amazing business, it’s an amazing country, and we’re gonna make America greater than ever before.”
Trump added that he would add his brief experience on his resume “Worked at McDonald’s.”
“How much you getting paid?” a reporter asked him.
“Not enough. I want more. I want more money,” Trump answered.
