Milwaukee news, Wisconsin news.

The body of a Milwaukee boy was tragically found in a dumpster Thursday morning, one day after he was last seen alive by his distraught mother.

Prince McCree, 5, was found dead at around 9 a.m. on the 5500 block of West Vliet Street, about a mile from his home.

Police did not reveal how the boy died but have arrested two persons of interest in connection to the death.

According to State Senator LaTonya Johnson, who is a neighbor of the child’s family, the parents were knocking on doors looking for Prince before the grisly discovery of his body.

“They were distraught,” she said. “It was a shock. This neighborhood is relatively quiet. You don’t see a lot of police activity. We knew it was something serious.”
