A Massachusetts man called 911 Friday night to report that his mom’s chopped-up body lied behind at the front door with her organs dumped on the welcome mat.
Alfredo Paratore, 49, appeared intoxicated when deputies swarmed his home to find his elderly mom, 80, with stab wounds to her hands, collarbone, arms, neck, and head.
The woman’s organs were spread out on a welcome mat, police said. She had been murdered days earlier.
Paratore was nervous and gave inconsistent answers to detectives’ questions prompting his arrest on murder charges.
The suspect also had scratches all over his face, ear, and cheek in addition to dried blood on his hand.
Authorities took Paratore to a local hospital where he received Narcan. He will undergo a mental health examination next week.
