Trump revokes his initial claims of ‘Biden winning rigged election’, saying he ‘concedes nothing’

Washington news, US news.

President Donald Trump had tweeted one more time Sunday to revoke his initial admission of Joe Biden as the winner of what he called “a rigged election.”

“He only won in the eyes of the FAKE NEWS MEDIA. I concede NOTHING! We have a long way to go. This was a RIGGED ELECTION!” he said.

Not long before, Trump had claimed in another tweet that “he won because the Election was Rigged.”

“NO VOTE WATCHERS OR OBSERVERS allowed, vote tabulated by a Radical Left privately owned company, Dominion, with a bad reputation & bum equipment that couldn’t even qualify for Texas (which I won by a lot!) the Fake & Silent Media, & more!”

However, Trump’s original tweet went viral with reporters taking it for a concession, which he strongly denied declaring “I concede NOTHING!”

On Friday, Trump had reportedly told Fox News’ Geraldo Rivera on the phone that he would concede after exploring all possible legal options.

“He told me he was a realist, he told me he would do the right thing,” Rivera said.

He also affirmed that he got the impression that “if the process went against Trump and he was satisfied that every legitimate vote had been counted and every illegitimate vote had been thrown out…he would surrender.”
