Trump campaign filed lawsuit against Michigan counting process due to lack of transparency

Trump’s campaign manager Bill Stepien said on Wednesday that the Republican Party is suing the state of Michigan for lack of transparency and asked officials to halt counting there.

“President Trump’s campaign has not been provided with meaningful access to numerous counting locations to observe the opening of ballots and the counting process, as guaranteed by Michigan law,” Stepien said.

    The news came just before the Trump campaign decided to seek a recount in Wisconsin that went for Joe Biden.

    Earlier Wednesday, Trump threatened to go “to the US Supreme Court” and that he wanted all voting to stop.
