Queens man arrested after being caught on video leaving lifeless pregnant woman on expressway

Police in New York City has arrested a man who was identified on surveillance video dumping the dead body of his girlfriend on the expressway.

Goey Charles, 29-year-old, was charged with second-degree murder after he was caught late Friday pulling his girlfriend, Vanessa Pierre, 29, from the passenger seat of his white sedan and closing the door leaving her face-down on the pavement.

    Pierre died from asphyxia as a result of the neck compression, the Chief Medical Examiner said.

    Upon his arrest, Charles allegedly made incriminating statements, police said without adding further details.
