A Texas man has reportedly confessed to killing his mother, calling the crime “an exorcism” and sharing a Snapchat photo of her bloody body.
The person who received the photo called 911 early Friday morning, sending officers to the home of Alexander Taylor Valdez, 23.
Valdez, who was covered in blood and carrying a Bible, told officers he “was doing witchcraft to kill his mom” and sat on the front porch.

Officers found the body of 58-year-old Teresita Sayson in the master bedroom and a deceased dog in another room.
Sayson was reportedly hit multiple times with a jewelry box to the face and upper body.
Valdez was arrested on murder charges. He reportedly stopped talking after his arrest and asked for an attorney.
