Two children and an adult were killed, and eight people were injured in a crash in Brooklyn, police said Saturday afternoon.
The collision involved a Toyota Camry and an Audi sedan and occurred just after 1 p.m. at Quentin Road and Ocean Parkway in Gravesend.
The impact sent the Audi flying onto the pavement and slamming into a tree, killing three pedestrians.

Six people were hospitalized, including the four occupants of the two vehicles and a child listed in critical condition.
Sources said an Uber driver was operating the Toyota Camry and carrying two children and an adult at the time of the collision.
The crash remains under ongoing investigation.
