A New York City man is dead after he was stabbed to death during a fight with his 20-year-old daughter Tuesday night.
Police found 41-year-old Jose Acevedo with fatal stab wounds to the chest and back outside Josephine Santiago’s Brooklyn home just before 11 p.m.
Witnesses said the victim, who had a lengthy rap sheet, was visiting his daughter when a fight broke out and he refused to leave.

“The sirens woke me up. When I looked down there was blood,” a neighbor recalled.
“I thought he was struck with a bottle or something and maybe it was gang thing,”
“It’s very common in this area, but family? Damn! This is so sad.”
Santiago was arrested on charges of murder and criminal possession of a weapon.
