Man dead, roommate injured after being shot inside Houston home

Authorities in Houston are looking for the gunmen who opened fire inside a southeast Houston home late Wednesday, killing a man and wounding his roommate.

Police said the shooting happened at a home in the 10315 block of Dulcimer Street shortly before 11:30 p.m.

Officers located two male victims, ages 32 and 37, with gunshot wounds. The older man was pronounced dead at the scene.

    Detectives learned that the 32-year-old man was held at gunpoint by two other men after they exited a vehicle in the driveway of his home.

    The suspects demanded entry to the home and once inside, they shot the roommates. They took off in a newer model, dark SUV.
