An Oregon teen was arrested in Paris after she allegedly tossed out her newborn baby out of a hotel window early Monday morning.
Mia McQuillin, 18, was arrested at a hospital after she allegedly threw her newborn 30ft to death from the second floor of an Ibis Styles hotel just moments after “unexpectedly” giving birth.
The Bend, Oregon native was on a trip to Europe with “a group of young people” when the incident unfolded.
The baby still had the umbilical cord and was wrapped in a sheet when dropped. Witnesses brought the child to the hospital in critical condition where they were pronounced dead upon arrival.
“I have nothing to comment because I don’t know anything,” the mother’s grandfather said.
“And that’s pretty much where the family is. That’s all I can say.”
