Authorities in Fort Worth, Texas are investigating after a dead person was found on the grounds of Fort Worth ISD’s Dolores Huerta elementary school early Friday.
The person, who was not connected to the campus, likely died of natural causes.

School officials said there was no danger or threat to students or employees. The person’s identity was not disclosed.
“While this is a difficult situation, we want to assure you that our school remains a safe and supportive environment,” said Dolores Principal Mary Helen Hill.
“We recognize that this news may affect some students and staff, and counseling support will be available for anyone who may need it.”
