Authorities in New York are investigating after a 26-year-old man fell to his death from a Midtown Manhattan skyscraper on Monday.
Officers responded to the incident on One Penn Plaza at around 3 p.m.

The victim was found lying on the sidewalk on 34th St. near Seventh Avenue. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The man’s injuries appeared to be consistent with a fall but the city’s medical examiner’s office will determine how he died.
Police could not immediately tell how the victim fell from the building as the incident remains under active investigation.
