Houston news, Texas news.

A Texas boy was taken into custody last weekend after he allegedly shot his mother and sister multiple times, Houston Police said.

The 15-year-old suspect reportedly ingested a large amount of marijuana before he called 911 at around 11 p.m. Saturday telling dispatchers he was going to kill someone or kill himself.

Firefighters arrived at the scene and encountered the boy who initially threatened them with a gun before throwing it and taking off.
