Las Vegas news, Nevada news.

A 19-year-old Las Vegas man allegedly admitted to shooting and killing a man acting on a recent desire to kill someone, police said.

Joshua Martinez, 19, told cops that on Feb. 17, at around 3 a.m., he stole his parents’ debit cards and went to an ATM where he suspected a group of men were following him.

The teen returned home retrieved two guns and walked back to the bank looking for the men who had vanished.

Martinez then encountered a stranger and asked him about the men, starting a discussion that ended with the stranger’s death.
