Police in Chesapeake, Virginia said that a mother live-streamed the bodies of her three slain children on Facebook before turning the gun on herself last week.
Cymone King-Roberson, 34, also made alarming statements leading to a SWAT situation on February 6.
Officers could hear gunshots before forcing entry to the home where they found King-Robertson dead along with her three children, a 14-year-old girl and twins aged 5.
“That’s what you go through sometimes when you have depression and nobody to help you,” a friend said.
“You feel like you can’t go to nobody to help them, but all she had to do was call me.”
The mother’s great-aunt remembered the innocent children senselessly killed at their mom’s hands.
“The oldest one was real quiet…and then the twins were just jolly and happy because they’re younger. It hasn’t been easy.”
