Broward County authorities said a 4-year-old girl witnessed a triple homicide perpetrated by her father who then took her to a Walmart on Feb. 16.

Surveillance footage showed the girl following her 43-year-old father Nathan Gingles just after he shot her maternal grandfather in the head.

The suspect ran after his estranged wife to a neighbor’s home where she sought help. He shot both her and the neighbor dead in front of his daughter.

Police identified the victims as Gingles’ wife Mary Catherine Gingles, 34; her father, David Pozner, 64; and her neighbor Andrew Ferrin, 36.

Investigators said the man was gunned down “while he innocently drank coffee on his back patio.”

Mary and Nathan Gingles were in the midst of a contentious divorce triggered by several domestic violence incidents.

The wife described in court documents how Nathan once “sang that he was going to shoot me and there was nothing I could do about it.”

“Because of Nathan’s psychotic behavior, his multiple threats, his drug use, his multiple/many silenced firearms, and my impending divorce action, I am afraid Nathan will kill me and my daughter,” Mary Gingles reportedly wrote.
