An Arizona woman was taken into custody after she allegedly ran over a rideshare driver multiple times killing him late Tuesday.
Jordan Spalding, 31, was still sitting in the driver’s seat of the victim’s vehicle next to a canal on the 40th Street north of Baseline Road in Phoenix.
The victim, 74-year-old Samuel Webster, was found laying on the ground with extensive injuries. He died at an area hospital.

Investigators said Webster gave Spalding a ride before a fight broke out and they both stepped out of the vehicle.
Witnesses told detectives the suspect got into the driver’s seat of the vehicle and drove over Webster several times.
Spalding was arrested and charged with second-degree murder.
