Philadelphia news, Pennsylvania news.

Authorities in Philadelphia believe human remains found in a garage over the weekend belong to a mother reported missing a day earlier.

Iveliss Lugo, 51, was last seen alive Saturday morning at her Crescentville neighborhood home with her estranged husband.

Her daughters reported her missing and started looking for her before police located her remains on Sunday.
