Texas teen fatally shot while playing video game with alleged killer

A Texas teen was fatally shot while playing video games with his alleged killer, authorities said.

16-year-old Tavion Swindell was shot in the chest when an argument about “smack talking” erupted between him and 35-year-old Deeven Jones.

Jones allegedly placed a gun on the teen’s chest when it discharged, fatally wounding Tavion.

    Tavion’s mother said the suspect was ultimately the one who called 911.

    The grieving woman said Tavion and Jones were related, describing her son as a big teddy bear who dreamed of becoming either an NFL player or an engineer.
