Gen Z Americans prefer Kamala Harris over Trump: New Poll shows

Vice President Kamala Harris continues to gain in popularity since becoming the presumptive Democratic nominee crushing Donald Trump in a new poll.

The Axios/Generation Lab poll asked Gen Z voters and younger millennials who they prefer between the two presidential nominees in a survey conducted between July 22 and July 24.

60 percent of respondents chose Harris while 40 percent opted for the former president.

    The participants were then asked to rate Harris, Bide, and Trump on a scale of favorability and Harris emerged victorious again with the support of 45 percent of respondents compared to 33 percent for Biden and 34 percent for Trump.

    Earlier this week, Harris overtook Trump 44 to 42 percent in terms of support in a Reuters/Ipsos poll and 46 to 45 in a Morning Consult poll.
