A fight outside an axe-throwing venue in New York City ended in a fatal stabbing that claimed the life of a 17-year-old boy and critically wounded his older brother.
Police said that the brothers, aged 17 and 19, were involved in a fight shortly before 2 a.m. outside Live Axe in Chinatown when they were stabbed.

The slain victim succumbed to his wounds at Bellevue Hospital where his brother remains in stable condition.
No arrests were made in connection to the incident that did not involve axes but several persons of interest were detained.
The victim’s identity is “pending proper family notification.”
