Minnesota man stabbed to death at bus stop; suspect remained at the scene

A Minnesota man was fatally stabbed at a bus stop late Wednesday, authorities in Edina said.

The incident unfolded at around 7 p.m. at a Metro Transit stop in the 6700 block of York Avenue South, roughly 10 miles southwest of downtown Minneapolis.

“When officers arrived on the scene, they found a man with life-threatening injuries,” Edina Police said.

    Investigators have yet to verify whether the victim and suspect, who remained at the scene, knew each other.
