Investigators said Thursday that the two bodies found with gunshots in a wooded area of Vermont belonged to two missing Massachusetts men.
Autopsy results showed that 21-year-olds Jahim Solomon and Eric White were fatally shot in the head before they were found off a rural road in Eden Wednesday.
Solomon was shot multiple times while White suffered a single gunshot wound, police said.
The victims were reported missing on October 15 by concerned family members. Prior to their disappearance in “suspicious circumstances”, they had visited Burlington, Lowell, Morrisville, and Stowe.
Maj. Dan Trudeau of the Vermont State Police’s criminal division said that investigators have named several suspects and persons of interest in connection with the killings.
