New York City news, New York news.

Authorities in New York have identified the man who jumped 750 feet down a ritzy hotel building last week as a 17-year-old New Jersey aspiring fashion designer.

Noah Legaspi fell to his death off the rooftop of the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in a gruesome scene days after breaking up with his girlfriend, his family said.

“They broke it off and he just was never good at handling his emotions so post-breakup I guess he just wasn’t able to control his thoughts and feelings,” the teen’s older brother said.

“She received an eerie Facetime call from him from the top of the hotel looking over and they had a Facetime call and he said ‘look at this pretty view’ and ‘I love you’.”

“He always felt that he wasn’t deserving of love and attention and it really sucks because I don’t know where it came from,” the older brother said of Noah’s mental troubles.

“He was really a one-of-a-kind person. Whoever he was on contact, he made their day.”
