An Iowa teen is behind bars after he allegedly beat his girlfriend so severely that he believed she died and asked a friend to help dispose of her body.
Investigators said that Trevor Dean suspected that the woman cheated on him and invited her to his apartment promising a surprise.

But when the victim arrived, he started punching repeatedly all over her body. She suffered a broken nose, a broken orbital bone, and lost some teeth.
The victim was filmed on the ground gasping for air in a video recorded by Dean who then asked the friend to help get rid of the victim's body.
Dean has since been arrested and charged with willful injury resulting in serious injury.
