An Ohio man is behind bars for fatally shooting his next-door neighbor believing the victim was a Democrat, police said.
Austin Gene Combs, 26, fired several shots at 43-year-old Anthony Lee King early Saturday morning as the man cut grass outside his home on Chapel Road.

“I look in the backyard and that man is walking away from my husband and my husband is on the ground,” King’s wife recalled.
“He has come over like four times confronting my husband because he thought he was a Democrat.”
Combs was found armed with his father traveling on Ohio State Route; he was arrested Saturday evening on murder charges, booked into the Butler County Jail, and had his bond set at $950,000.
