Virginia news, US news.

A former inmate’s video is going viral on TikTok with more than 10.8 million views after he revealed spending months in jail with a serial killer as a cellmate, without knowing it.

Jesse Crosson admitted to having spent jail time after committing “unconscionable” crimes at the age of 18. But when he joined the Nottoway Correctional Center in Virginia, he had to live with a serial killer for six months.

Crosson said that when he met Greg for the first time, he was relieved and thought: a “little old man” watching TV was much better than a “young crazy” cellmate.

The pair quickly got along and did everything together including playing Monopoly and talking but Greg never told the 19-year-old who he actually was.

The pair kept living together for three additional months before Crosson’s release. Among those who commented on the video, a correctional officer noted that serial killers are “the easiest inmates to deal with.”

“That’s how serial killers are able to kill repeatedly. They tend to fit right in,” another comment read.
