The decomposed body of a Brooklyn man was found in September under the Coney Island Bridge and the medical examiner needed anthropologists' help to identify the victim.

On Saturday, authorities said that the heavily decayed body, found bounded and duct-taped on Sept. 20 by a group of homeless men trying to make some additional space in their hideout, was identified as 30-year-old Arnold Mishiyev.

He had duct tape across his mouth and his hands were bounded as he layed behind a wall under the Boardwalk near Surf Avenue and W. Fifth St. across from Asser Levy Park, police said.

The death was officially declared a homicide given the body had been tied and duct-taped, but there was no word on how the victim died.
