Laundries’ attorney says parents won’t hold funeral for son whose remains will be cremated

The Laundries' attorney said Saturday that Chris and Roberta Laundrie won’t be holding a funeral for their son and that his remains will be cremated.

“The Laundrie family attorney tells me there will be no funeral for Brian Laundrie,” Fox News’ Producer Claudia Kelly-Bazan tweeted.

    Att. Steven Bertolino had previously announced that the skeletal remains of Brian were being sent to an anthropologist for further analysis in the hopes of determining a possible cause and date of death.

    Brian’s parents were under fire since he went missing on Sept. 13 for refusing to cooperate with detectives in the early stages of the investigation into Gabby Petito’s disappearance.
