Houston teen girl, 17, plunges to death after flyover lane crash

Houston Police are investigating the deadly fall of a teenage girl who plunged off a flyover lane early Wednesday morning following a car crash.

The unidentified victim, reportedly a 17-year-old girl, was behind the wheel of her car traveling along the flyover lane from North Freeway to North Sam Houston parkway shortly after midnight when the crash occurred.

    Her body was found right below the crash scene, Lt. Mark Contreras confirmed, and she was declared dead at the scene.

    There were no other vehicles or individuals involved in the crash, police said.
