New York babysitter abandons child near Interstate; calls 911 to report wandering boy

Rhode Island authorities have arrested a woman who called 911 to report spotting a wandering child after she abandoned him.

The bizarre incident took place last Sunday when Daniella Praca called police at around 6:30 a.m. to tell the dispatcher that she spotted a boy roaming near Pawtucket Interstate while riding an Uber.
