NJ oncology nurse shoved to ground by fleeing thief dies hours later: ‘We want justice’

A New Jersey nurse was shoved to the ground in Times Square Friday afternoon before dying a few hours later at a local hospital.

Maria Ambrocio, 58, was declared dead after sustaining a mortal head injury at around 1:30 p.m. while accompanying someone to the Philippine Consulate.

    “We want justice,” the oncology nurse’s brother said. “I want him to be locked up for a very long time so he that he cannot hurt any more people. Throw away the keys so he won’t be able to get out anymore.”

    Foster was arrested and charged with robbery and assault.
