The crash occurred at around 10:30 p.m. Friday at the 1498 Caird Way in Palm Harbor, the Florida Highway Patrol said.
The 43-year-old was driving at high speed when he blasted a stop sign, struck an embankment, and went airborne before crashing into the home on Manning Road killing a 69-year-old woman inside it.
A passenger, identified only as a 43-year-old Odessa man, died at a local hospital. The driver and two other passengers aged 28 and 48 were listed in critical condition.
