Texas news, US news.

Texas authorities have rescued a toddler who was found shirtless and unattended in the trash near the US- Mexico border Monday.

Hours before former President Donald Trump’s visit to the “decimated” border, the child believed to be two years old was spotted crouching against a road’s metal barrier with trash surrounding him.

Not far from the scene, dozens of migrants were rescued from an evident death as they traveled into the US in suffocating conditions.

Some of them fainted and collapsed from lack of oxygen, water, and space while carried by an overcrowded truck. The driver of the truck was told to stop.
