Buffalo Bills’ star says he won’t get Covid vaccine following new NFL rules: ‘I’d rather die actually living’

Buffalo news, New York news.

Buffalo Bills wide receiver Cole Beasley has told his followers on Twitter Friday that he has no intention to get the Covid-19 vaccine as required by the NFL.

On Wednesday, new NFL rules ordered the unvaccinated State players to wear masks, get tested daily for Covid, and eat away from other players.

Those who did not receive the vaccine will also be denied attending social, marketing and media events and probably deal with travel restrictions.

The tightened rules frustrated the 10-year veteran Beasley who took to Twitter to defy the recent guidelines.

“I will be outside doing what I do,” he wrote. “If you’re scared of me then steer clear, or get vaccinated.”

Claiming that other players agree with him, Beasley went on to say that if his decision means retirement, “so be it.”

“This is crazy. Did we vote on this? I stay in the hotel. We still have meetings. We will all be together.”

He continued: “Vaccinated players can go out the hotel and bring covid back in to where I am. So what does it matter if I stay in the hotel now? 100 percent immune with vaccination? No.”

“I understand completely why the NFL is doing this. It gives them back the freedom to make the most money as possible again if everyone is vaccinated. But will anyone fight for the players or nah?”
