CDC investigates cardiac problems reported by youngsters who received Covid jab

The CDC is investigating several reports of heart problems among teens and young adults who received the Covid vaccine.

The majority of the reports concerned male adolescents who had developed myocarditis, a heart muscle inflammation.

The CDC Advisory Committee insisted that the condition usually disappears without complications and its cause may be viral.

    “Vaccines are going to unequivocally be much more beneficial outweighing this very low, if conclusively established risk,” he said.

    The CDC added that the condition typically unfolds within the first four days following the inoculation with mRNA vaccines.

    “The relative risk is a lot in favor of getting the vaccine, especially considering how many doses of the vaccine have been administered,” Dr. Liam Yore said.
