3 gunmen follow jewelry buyer to parking lot, stole purse with only credit cards inside

A jewelry shopper was targeted and ambushed at the parking lot of the Jamaica Colosseum Mall by three gunmen on April 30.

The thieves arrived while the 37-year-old victim purchased jewelry and sat in their vehicle waiting for him until he left the store.

The victim was reaching to his Range Rover in the mall’s rooftop parking when the masked goons carrying a rifle threatened him.

  • “Give me everything you got,” one ordered the man as he got into his car’s driver seat. The suspect then fired a shot at the victim and stole his wallet.

    The three suspects took off in a grey BMW 5 Series 4-door Sedan. The victim was treated at a local hospital for a non-life-threatening injury.

    Police said that the stolen wallet had nothing valuable in it but the victim’s ID and credit cards.
